The website can be very confusing the first time logging in. For some reason, you have to use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome as your browser. It doesn’t work on Safari (Apple’s default browser) for some reason. So if you’re using a MacBook, you will need to download Google Chrome or Foxfire to use this application. If you do log in using an Android device, be sure to change your viewing mode to DESKTOP.
